Charlotte is going to improve. I have a feeling it will be sooner rather than later. App state football is good now, but in reality absolutely no one but app state fans care.

The mountains are pretty, but nobody goes there without planning for it. See every sport App plays except football No attendance, no plan to get better at anything, no plan to upgrade facilities.

As for Marshall, look around your state. You know why it looks that way? Lack of planning and looking at the big picture.

Charlotte athletics was in neutral and reverse the better part of 15 years. We now have leaders that are pulling us out of it. We’ve got the money, and support to grow dramatically. Can you say the same!

C’mon Tintin. Our State? WV is one of the most beautiful states in the country for outdoor tourism. WV is beautiful. You might not like the cities. I hate Charleston and Morgantown (I logged MANY hours in MTown). Admittedly, WV is behind in many areas, but Marshall is doing pretty well for what is allotted to us from the state and from private donations.

Actually, I have lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Delray Beach, Ashland, KY, and Huntington. If one has a solid job, Huntington is a really nice place to live and raise a family. And, we are becoming a culinary hot spot for individual proprietors to bring their cuisine in town.

It might not mean much to you or anyone else. Either way, I don’t care. I’m not trying to convince you of anything. I just like my home. As you do yours.
