Georgia State @ A-State
A-State is a 2 TD favorite - here is the Wolves Den with Little Rock media discussing the Red Wolves' failure of an offense and the upcoming battle with Georgia State . . .

If Georgia State sill has a makeshift secondary, surely you can score on them.

Based on stAte's last two performances, I think they will let Georgia State hang around. stAte's offense will need to score early to put the pressure on the GSU offense, but if they don't and let Ellington find his rhythm, it could come down to the 4th quarter. The good news is that it's a home game for stAte and apparently travelling west on a Thursday brings out all sort of bad juju.

If there was ever a time to throw vertical, this is it. Gast's secondary is depleted.

Also pushing them sideline to sideline early and often is successful as well. You could just OZ them to death like you did us in 2016. They've had issues defending the perimeter from what I've seen.

As for Gast's chances....well good luck.

The whole team must be depleted for State to be a two TD favorite.

Anderson and company are good at narratives. The new one is the three teams that beat stAte are like 17-2 with the two losses coming from top 15 level programs.

My narrative is that a good team beats other good teams and we don't.

We aren’t much of a passing team.

We can make a not much of a passing team look like Biletnikoff and Obrien award winners.

ULM is 2nd and passing in the SBC and we got our doors blown off. Who knows? The SBC is crazy like that.

We've scored two touchdowns in the past eight quarters and we are averaging under 20 points per game for the first time in a long time.

App was daring AState to go vertical by crowding the line and Anderson was convinced he could screen App to death.

Unless our coordinators swallowed their pride and made scheme adjustments during the bye, this will be the Crap Bowl.
