Well the Russians did do some rallies for her, just not as many as for Bernie and Trump. You can see it in Mueller's indictment. And Manafort's was above board income. Everybody knew about it. And it was from the pro Putin Ukrainian, not directly from the Russians as Bill's speaking fees and the Russians contributions to the Clinton Foundation right before HRC supported selling our uranium to the Russians.
