James Wisemen: All picked Memphis

Trendon Watford: All picked Memphis

Hurt, Walker and Lawson they had going else where as well as someone else that I can't remember.

A 2nd class of Wiseman/Watford/Jeffries/Dandridge would be awesome! Top 5 class?

That would not be a top 5 class. 5 would be way too low.

The #1 class would still be a top five class

Would be top 10. I don't know about top 5.

Outside of ESPN I don't think I've seen anyone call Jeffries a 5 star and Dandridge is a 4 star outside the top 100. If you tell me that Hurt or McDaniels is added to the class then I'd agree with you on top 5. I'd also have to wait and see who lands at KY, Duke, UNC, Indiana, USC, etc before saying top 5.

Soooooooooo the possibility of Wiseman, Watford, Jeffries, and Dandridge? With the guards we have this year... I feel like I'm dreaming.

It would be the number one class in America. Walker is skyrocketing (Meyer said maybe top 10) and IS coming here. I kept telling everyone Jeffries was not over.

It would be foolish to think he de-committed from UK to go anywhere but here with Penny imo.

#This

He and Wiseman want to play together...very well might be why why he decommitted.

The question is where would he go? Answer: WHERE ELSE would he go?

I'm willing to bet good money DJ and Wiseman end up here in Memphis to play for #TeamPenny in 20019

Most Arrogant group of CS’s ignorant posts I’ve ever read. They think they own CBB yet Cal has been there 9 years and won how many NCs ? One with the best talent most years. So they have really underachieved.

If this is the case, how does it fold out with our current scholarship situation?

Similar thought earlier today when J. Rothstein posted
"Connor Vanover, Cal"
in his group of 'Under-the-Radar PAC12 Freshmen'. Man, that seems like five years ago now; what a difference a penny makes.

Only concern this coming season is that a few of the current players do not buy into the new staff and it makes Penny and staff look as if they are not ready for big time basketball.

Every staff needs one of two things: a coach who is universally respected or an enforcer (Mitchell). We have both. Too many kids on the team would run through a brick wall for Penny. Anyone non conforming will be an outcast. I don’t see that being and issue.

I want to see his system and style of play.

Some of their fans are saying that we won’t be so happy once we realize Penny can’t coach. That you can’t win on talent alone in college.

Then there’s the one guy who unfollowed DJ Jeffries. Just cold...

Very first post is laughable and tells you something about that person. CUSA team???? History of corruption? You know i am still trying to remember that period in which Tiger players were arrested for shaving points in post season play and the time that the Tiger's got the death penalty for it's basketball program. What year was it that our basketball team got EVERY team on the campus banned from post season? Just how many of our players have gotten a lifetime ban from the NBA?

So many prophets regarding Penny’s supposed inability to coach. Weird that they are all from opposing fan bases.

The grapes are getting awfully sour.
