RE: Rank Your How Well Your Divisional Opponents Travel
Unfortunately, since leaving the DFW area during our first year in CUSA, I haven't had the chance to see most of our division brethren in person at Apogee. So my rankings are all CUSA (mostly east teams)and include games at Fouts during our Sun Belt years.
1. Marshall- Technically cheating since I didn't see them play UNT. I went to the game against UTSA last year and was extremely impressed with their away crowd.
2. Rice- At Fouts in OOC. Not a great crowd, but not bad either.
3. FAU- Ive seen them once each at Fouts and Apogee. The crowd at Fouts wasn't bad. I sat next to the visitor section and the FAU fans that were nearby were extreme trash talkers though. They heckled US the whole game. Lol.
4. Middle Tennessee- At Apogee. End of season if I remember right. Just an okay crowd.
5. FIU- Also at Fouts. All I remember is TY Hilton. Man that guy was good. Don't remember there being very many FIU fans there.

Dude, LA Tech had as many fans in Apogee as UNT did the last time the Bulldogs played there in 2016.

I have never seen more than 100 fans from any school in CUSA travel to the Sun Bowl.

Do they not teach math at LA Tech, or do some of y'all just embellish everything.
We had an attendance of 21,873 for our game in 2016. LA Tech did not bring 10,500 fans to the game. I was there. Tech brought a good crowd. They did a fine job of filling a good portion of the visitor section, and had some fans scattered throughout the stadium, but they were no where near half the crowd that night.

I do know we have sent thousands to Alabama for a soccer game, so I think we might travel.

1. WKU
2. MTSU
3. ODU
4. Charlotte
5. FAU
6. FIU
West
1. Southern Miss
2. LaTech
The others, I can't speak for. North Texas it's hard to tell considering we are essentially the same colors! And I wasn't at that game. Old school UTEP brought a significant portion of fans, but I don't remember how many they brought recently. Rice would typically bring a couple hundred, same for UAB, so I think they're a wash. we'll see about UTSA, but I'm not expecting a lot because that's a long flight.
In all of CUSA I would rank them...
1. WKU
2. Southern Miss
3. La Tech
4. MTSU
5. ODU
Then a drop off of everyone roughly bringing around the same couple hundred.

I love road games, started out doing (1) a year and have upped it to (2). Can't imagine how much more fun they'd be if we were winning.

To be fair Tech was for the CCG. Be curious to see how we and they would travel for regular season matchups.

Yes, I thought the same thing. But regardless they did bring a decent amount of fans.

Be pretty cool to play against a team you've shared a conference with for 6 years, huh?

FIU doesn't travel well to play y'all?
Last year was the first time they came a little bit, but overall...no they don't travel.

Yeah so far we've only had room for one crossover other than USM. They've been on our schedule every year since this iteration of CUSA.

For MT,
The best travel crowds are always Marshall and WKU. No other CUSA school can touch them. WKU is the closest so there you go.
