I am confused by your question here and trying to come up with a scenario where one of those 2 could be arrested that would be similar. Stormy was dancing at a strip club. Anyone who goes into a strip club knows you are going there to see naked women. These people were going up to tip her. At every single strip club I've ever been to in my life when you go up to tip a girl on stage you are expecting to get a little extra show for giving her the money. What would be the circumstance where those 2 could "illegally touch" someone similarly? If you can tell me one then sure I'd be happy to defend them for it. Maybe in Nugent's case back in the day some undercover could fake being a groupie that said she wanted to have sex with him and then when he touched her arrested him, but that doesn't really make sense and really wouldn't be a crime. I couldn't care less about who this is, if this were insert any other porn star you could think of that was arrested for this my opinion would be the same, that this is a complete joke.
