LOL you don't actually think the GOP would go by that standard they used to not hold a vote on Garland do you?

That standard is not applicable, as President Trump’s reelection is already a foregone conclusion.

Lol, hillary’s election was no such thing. You were duped by the fake news media’s attempts to plant their fake narrative. Just because they keep saying something over and over, doesn’t make it true.

No, he's better able to fake being close enough to the center. While there's probably nothing the Dems can do to stop it if you went out and picked someone who was just an obviously screaming mad uber conservative wanting to classify anyone who's gotten an abortion as a murderer they could possibly be stopped. He's like maybe 1 baby step more center than Gorsuch, but that's like 10 steps further right than Kennedy, who wasn't a lefty in any way.

Have you been reading my posts in this thread? I realize exactly how f*cked the Dems is. Roe and Obergefell are dead, Chevron Deference is very likely dead, and then even when the Dems get back into power the activist right wing court will be able to strike down nearly anything they do. Now long term payback is a ***** and it will swing back, but short term (next 10-20 years) the GOP has ensured even when they are voted out of power they won't actually be out of power.

I mean I don't particularly think this is a good thing for the country as a whole, but I'll certainly laugh when the Dems next pick a justice and it's a 30 year old socialist leader of Antifa since this is the route this is heading.

Within, say, 4 hours, there will be Twitter threats of violence against his family - and furthermore - at least one prominent liberal will call for his daughters to be raped before playing the "I was hacked" or "I was drunk" or "I got a bad stash from my dealer" card....
