UCF 44, Alabama 31.
Yeah, no.
UCF wouldn't have played Bama if they made the playoffs last year. They would have played Clemson and you wouldn't have winded the Clemson D.
Then let's schedule a home and home and find out. UCF is up for it.
Cut us a check for $8 million to make up for the lost home game and you are on.

If South Carolina, the U, Texas, Missouri, Maryland, BC, VT, Purdue, Pitt, Stanford, and NC can come here for a home game then so can you.
Then again, maybe you are practicing for a future in the SEC, what with refusing to play OOC road games.
Of course, if we do agree to come to Memorial Stadium, just know that the deed to the property will be on the line. After giving you a guys a righteous scare in 2001 (and this was with a team that paled in comparison with the 2017 edition), you might not want to face us. Bradley Chubb will turn into Gaines Adams after seeing the speed of the offense....

We play OOC on the road every year, but it's to major programs because the return games are big draws. To do a home and home with a lackluster draw like UCF they are going to have to make it worth our time.

Since you don't have the balls to face us in Orlando, guess we'll just have to keep needling you about it.
Of course, after that close call we gave you in 2001 as well as when USF handed you your ass in a bowl game, I doubt you'll want to face another team from the AAC.
I mean, even the PAC12 will do a home and home with UCF - you guys aren't worse than the PAC12, are you ?
"With ten minutes left in the game, UCF was up by the unbelievable score of 37-24. Two Bama drives that netted touchdowns appeared to salvage dubious honor with a 39-38 lead. Unfortunately, UCF treated Alabama to another La Tech-style upset, driving down the field and winning the game on Javier Berlogui’s field goal as time expired. As UCF fans celebrated deliriously, Bama fans sat in complete shock. It was too much for one Tide player. Dustin McClintock, the stocky fullback who had blown open holes at fullback for two years, got so frustrated he punched a UCF player lying on the ground not once but twice."
He got suspended for AN ENTIRE HALF of the next game. He should have been kicked off of the team, expelled from school, and arrested.

SEC schools don't like playing OOC road games. A few do (South Carolina and Missouri).
The Florida legislature had to FORCE the Gators to play FSU every year. Florida has also refused to play Miami regularly.
The SEC: The illegal monopoly swamp of college athletics that needs to be busted up over RICO.
LOL, Florida doesn't even like playing SEC games...remember how they cancelled on LSU 2 years ago?
But lets not pretend that UCF doesn't play the same game that they accuse the P5 of playing. They interfered with the Cure Bowl's decision to invite South Alabama to play UCF 2 years ago.
And UCF got in this 'locked out of the playoffs' last year largely because they didn't play anyone worth a damn on the road all year.
South Carolina, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Missouri, and Vandy will play at G5 teams.

We played on the road at Auburn two years ago. We are playing on the road at Texas A&M this year. We've recently played on the road at Georgia. We play on the road at South Carolina every other year. It has absolutely nothing to do with balls and everything to do with the fact that playing a home and home with UCF is of absolutely no benefit to us. We already get plenty of Florida exposure playing FSU every year and sharing a conference with Miami, we already recruit Florida at a high level, and the majority of the ACC provides us with opportunities to sell cheap tickets. The two dozen fans that UCF brought with them the last time they came to Death Valley proved that it isn't going to provide any financial benefit for us.
Home and homes are supposed to be a mutual benefit. The only thing we would gain by such an agreement would be two wins. It's simply not worth giving up a potential home and home with a power 5 opponent just to make you small timers feel better about yourselves.
You want the series then you make it worth out while. Cut us a check to make up the lost revenue of a home game and we'll talk.

How about a home and home with a Grateful Dead concert after the game ? Jerry Bear promises to share his stash.
No ?
Well then, guess I'll just have to celebrate UCF's national title all by myself, lol...
I want a home and home with you and Alabama and even Notre Dame and the Gators and hell, even the Patriots but then again, since I'm not a liberal I'll just have to CHARGE ON!!!!....

Hey - if it means anything Kaplony - this doesn't really mean as much as the other world changing events debated on these boards - which I am entirely on your side on. I just like having fun with this. Especially with all of the psychotic Gator fans down here in Florida. A few of which have tried to get me fired, lol...
Even gave you a +3 so that you know I am not screwing with you, lol...

BYU's 'championship' was a fraud. Basically, it was a crazy situation where the best team in the country had 2 losses. There is a way for a G5 (sorry AAC - you're in it with the Belt and CUSA too) to get a playoff berth
1) Go undefeated
2) Win one game against a top rated P5, preferably on the road
3) Play at least one good G5 team in OOC
4) Hope that your conference doesn't crater.
UCF managed 1 and 4.

By the way, UCF, less than 1 year before they didn't get a playoff slot, decided they were too good to play a school in their bowl game. Originally, South Alabama was picked for that game. UCF, in a fit of arrogant overentitlement, whined to CBSN and the AAC and the Belt and the Bowl officials (in their home town) and got USA shifted to the Tucson Bowl. They ended up playing Arkansas State at home in that bowl game, which absolutely DESTROYED Central Florida. LOL. Now, they're whining that the P5 did to them (with justification) what they did to South Alabama (with no justification) less than a year previously.
Enjoy the P6. And your participation trophy "national championship".
Tom, on this one we are in complete agreement. AAC delusion has no limits.

IMO, Memphis and USF would have competed for both the ACC and SEC titles themselves. Not saying they would have won. But Memphis and USF were damn near underrated.

I don't have to respect him, his voters, or the racist/homophobic gerrymander that allowed him to take office with 43 percent of the vote.
I have experience with athletic Christianity. Basically, it appeared to me to excuse any misdeed so long as the player points at the sky after a he man touchdown. It appears to be the case of a 'exclusive Christianity' that is deeply presumptive and highly exclusive.

BTW, I own a house 10 blocks from where that picture was taken. That area voted heavily for a Democrat for Senate in December and is moving, rapidly away from him.
Ummm, please explain, what gerrymander allowed him to become president?

USF and Memphis were the best teams in the country not named UCF but hey, at least you still have Iowa State.
