@Pesik, not sold Jank can recruit either. Ricky Torres is now priority number 1 and number 2 is 4-star guard Isaac Likekele who blew up late and just got out of his LOI from Fresno State. If we add those two we will be fine to go with Feron Hunt and Isiaha Mike, but missing on Wendell Mitchell hurt bad.

Isaac Likekele isnt a real 4star, 247 does a horrible job of managing its system especially for basketball. i checked on him when he first decommitted (to see if id want him for houston), and it made no sense

rival has him a high 3star, espn and 247 didnt rate him, but his 247 composite is higher than his only rating..247 does this a lot, its a glitch
film on him, isnt amazing, i don't think he is a good shooter, decent , could develop into an elite defender but not next season...if he comes and plays a lot itll be because smu wasnt that good

Likekele will hide how bad a recruiter jank is, smu/fans will sell it like Likekele was a 4star, jank will lok like a decent recruiter..smu can land him if they want, utep is his only other respectable offer

Ricky Torres is a MUST for smu, he is a good plyer, but even with him , i still dont see smu making the tourney,
at this point i see smu like the 5th or 6th in the aac standing with ricky, on the nit bubble....
If jank doesnt bring in a VERY good recruiting class next year, i worry if smu can hold the brand and reputation larry brown built...

What's the deal with Jahmar Young? Wouldn't he be the 10th scholly?

Yep. Amazing really. Can't wait to see the headlines about us, going to be awesome. Even though I'm sure there will plenty of detractors, we don't care, and that makes it even better.

New fbi indictments are interesting for Larry - luckily SMU not involved

Seems to be the way it's going. Started popping up today. Not done yet, but just working out details, supposedly.

Yeah, that would be a killer if something popped up from prior investigations. I bet Memphis would drop him like a hot rock. I would be surprised if there isn't a great big clause in his contract about that.

And no guarantees, of course, but I would be surprised now if it doesn't happen.
