Gonna be hard pulling that out if Auburn is healthy, but still a very interesting game that I probably won't watch because I'll be saving myself for the games later in the evening.

Remember the motivation issue .... Auburn has gone from the sky-high of vanquishing Alabama and being ranked #2 in the CFP and playing for the SEC title and a playoff game to .... playing UCF in the Peach Bowl.

And, to add salt, Alabama is in the playoffs.

UCF? This is their Super Bowl, not Peach Bowl.

It's there Super Bowl but they will also be without their head coach.

If the UCF QB can find time to pass, Auburn will have a really, really long day.

Will they? I thought Frost was coaching them in the game.

MAC getting Detroit and Boca with their above .500 teams make me think Buffalo and W Michigan might get in

Boise State owns PAC 12 in bowl games. If the real Boise State showed up like they did last night against Fresno State? They will win. Sadly. I would like to match up the teams with the best record than having a 6-6 team go to a better bowl game while a winning Troy, Toledo, USF, Memphis and some others stuck in the smaller bowls.

Are we sure this time? Apparently there was some issue that a team wasn’t available, which presumably would be on the Mountain West side. I haven’t seen an announcement on Colorado State yet.

They won't. Frost and the rest of UCF's 2017 coaching staff will coach UCF in the Peach Bowl.

Poinsettia bowl was a big loss for the MAC. Usually had a backup slot when not having a direct tie-in.

There are some real junk match-ups this year.

Although, that Kentucky/NorthWestern game looks interesting.

I know a lot of you are gonna be shocked, but that UCF team is not thinking of it as a superbowl....... They are playing with a chip on their shoulder. This program has been on this stage before, and they are a little pissed about the lack of respect from the committee.

Hilarious part is the Iowa St board is complaining about their bowl/opponent even though they jumped 2 same-record teams who beat them h2h and are playing a top 20 team. Some people are beyond help.

Could the MAC be included in a new G5 level Holiday Bowl?

Las Vegas bowl goes the P5 route while Holiday becomes MWC vs. MAC champion.

MWC likes it because because its on their turf and the MAC has been a willing dance partner in the Boise Bowl. ESPN has invested in the MAC so better to play them from a pub standpoint than CUSA or SBC.

The real question is how long ESPN’s finances allow them to own a significant number of bowl games. Then again it may be an opportunity for someone else to step up (*paging NBC*).

Holiday Bowl signed with FS1. It's going to be a PAC-12, Big Ten bowl.

In a 35,000 seat stadium on SDSU's campus?
