Why would OKState be a perfect fit for the current University of Memphis coach?

Gundy is making $4.2M at OSU. He's an OSU alum and isn't on the hot seat so why would he go to UTK?

Word is that Tennessee was interested in him initially because of his mullet but decided not to offer him when they found out he still had all of his teeth.

Gundy turned UT down a couple of years ago. I would be real surprised to see him leave OSU. Not shocked, but surprised.

Gundy is gonna get a nice little raise from T. Boone Pickens. The same way he got one from OK State in 2012...when he also flirted with UT. It's a much worse job today than it was in 2012.

Confirmed: Gundy informed OK State, he has to according to his contract, that he is meeting with UT officials today in Dallas.
