Actually it has to do with the average IQ of people. Asians have the highest, Europeans second highest - can't remember the particular order of each country - and sub-Saharan Africans have the lowest along with aboriginals from Australia. It took America a couple hundred years to become developed while Africa, having civilization for thousands of years, is still undeveloped, just like Mexico and just like the Middle East. These people still live in mudhuts and adobe houses. The developed things they have were donated by developed nations. Without white or yellow people, they'd all still live in straw huts across the nation with no electricity or clean water.
