You should give it a shot, Wilkie. You're missing out! It's a great product, it's exciting and they're even playing defense these days!

Yes...they are the absolute best Basketball players in the world and the skill level does in many ways make College Basketball seem slow

No and even if they are it is their right whether you like it or not and it is your right to not like it. And you went way off topic on the anthem...nice deflection....btw I’m a 8 year United States Army Veteran And Gulf War And my Father is a 30 year United States Army Retiree and Vietnam War Veteran. So please don’t go to the dishonoring Veterans... some don’t like it...some like myself see it that is what we signed up for...to protect their Constitutional Rights And part of that is peaceful protest.

BTW, they do have a Forum on this site to discuss this...it is called the Spin Room.

So I wonder what TJ knows not only about current BoT but previous BoT and local Govt inner workings? What do they call it? “How the sausage is made”?
TJ will get an enormous settlement and IMO a non disclosure will be attached. I think it will get nasty with the local govt and BoT continuing to weaponize the local media.

Reminds me of when the CJ ran some articles about tactics and profitability of car dealerships. Seems like I remember a dealership reminded the paper about how much they spend in advertising. Never heard another word. Advertising space sure is influential.

You were praising a product. I simply asked a question about said product. A simple yes or no answer would have sufficed.
Thanks

The NBA players are not allowed to protest during the anthem. The league and the player's association have rules in place regarding conduct during the anthem.

The NFL on the other hand, doesn't seem to know what their situation is. I've seen some stories that say there are rules about what teams should do during the anthem, and others that contradict that.

The recent annual AD audit has come back clean. Jurich has grown the UofL AD assets to $327 million which doesn't include the Yum Center, over $700 million with. This lends to the question what cause?

Board member Stone reportedly laughed at Postel acknowledgement that Smrt was still employed by the university, noting that Smrt advice hasn't been very effective.

To move forward and to unite the Alums and Fanbase Postel should not become President and the Search needs to be way more transparent

I don’t see any chance Louisville has at getting an NBA team.

That's what I posted but IMO it's just a maneuver. Heap all the hate and angst on POStel and then get rid of him. Once he's gone it's a "new beginning" and everyone should be happy!

I just think that is exactly what the BoT wants and will use the press to push that narrative and poo poo anyone who sees it for the ruse it is.

That the BoT is hiding documents now does nothing to dispute what I just wrote!

LOL well it literally couldn't be since they're no longer a part of it. The Jordan Era was nothing to sneeze at, nor Kobe/Shaq Era, sure there was a little lull but it's chock full of superstars and hall of famers now.

I tell ya hwut paper just hasn't been the same since we moved away from papyrus!

So you really couldn't say much about it because you haven't seen it, no?

That's like saying the last Star Wars was terrible but you didn't see it. OK.

That's not a "simple question". That was a simple question followed by an assumed/incorrect answer and a projected belief based on that incorrect assumption.
