They were found in connection with Anthony Weiner's sexting (the FBI seized his and his ex-wife's phones. His ex-wife is Huma Abedin, Clinton's vice chairwoman of her campaign). Odds that the emails are just a sexting chain amongst Bill, Hillary, Huma and Anthony?

After listening to the talking heads on ABC this morning, it appears the reason Comey says "might" is that they have found emails between Clinton and Huma but cannot legally open them since they are beyond the scope of the warrant on Weimer. So it is unknown if the emails either contain classified material and/or are work related emails that should have been surrendered. A new warrant will have to give them access.
The call from Clinton to release them immediately is, IMO, a ploy to show confidence when they know the FBI's hands are tied. It would irresponsible on the part of the FBI to release the emails blindly, and all Hillary needs is 10 more days.

My understanding was that they were not from Clinton. But we don't really know, which is why normally you wouldn't release info like this. Pete Williams has been reporting that they don't actually expect anything significant that would alter the conclusion from July...
