Pertinent to what? The investigation into Hillary and her emails. Since it was closed with no finding against her, why would you re-open it if there were not additional questions/new evidence that might bring that conclusion into question?

Maybe it doesn't change the outcome... but obviously the first blush by those in charge thinks it could.

I think the most likely outcome is another 'we can't prove it' finding, but this isn't good news for her.

Again... They didn't reopen anything and he never said they did. He said under oath previously that they were done reviewing emails. New emails were discovered that were at least pertinent, but Comey gave no indication of which way or in what direction. He was required to notify congress that they'd review them. It tells us nothing about what was actually in them or whether they matter at all. The rest is speculation.

My point is I have no idea what is in the new email and neither does anyone else. All we have is people literally wish fulfilling what they hope could be in them to get Hillary in trouble. Until we know more it's hard for me to read anything into it.

You may want to take a look at the Google News wire feed. The FBI is investigating new e-mails in probe of Clinton's private server. Now the first go-round she got off by the skin of her teeth; for the FBI to reconsider their findings in light of emails "that appear to be pertinent to the investigation" surely must have revealed enough evidence to tip the scales in this case. If not, why bother putting us all through this again 11 days out from the election.

Let's say that Huma in her conversations about the classified emails told her husband a bit or a lot of it. How did Huma get that info. It's against the law for someone to divulge any classified info. and who else but Hillary had that info because she's the only one with secret clearance. If that's the case it means that Hillary was freely divulging classified info and that she's guilty of "that".

I've had secret clearances but I didn't have any info that I could ever share and Hillary did and she broke the law if Huma also knew of any classified information.
