There's no RT commentary on the video, it's simply the video and the message on the video.

She did answer the guys question...the video clip in the OP quit before she answered it. You can pick up the rest of the daily briefing at around the 16:00 minute mark.

How many times did it really need to be asked before an answer was given that was a coherent sentence? Nobody trusts govt when a yes or no question has to be asked multiple times and the answer given is more than one word.
