Serving everyone equally, without discrimination in employment. if you provide a service to some, you must provide it to all. But it doesn't require you to provide a service.

That's only if the judges interpret it that way. Texas has a bunch of hateful judges.

But it doesn't require you to have a public bathroom.

Either way, Berkman is lying about the impact even if the bill somehow allows for non-hateful bathroom access for transgendered persons. Its never been used successfully as a cover for bad behavior in a bathroom. I don't think its ever been used unsuccessfully either.

Berkman knows this. He just hates Gay people and Transgendered persons.

And his use of rape imagery is straight out of the Klan playbook.

So if this movement is saying no men in women's restrooms, what are we supposed to do about 2 or 3 year old boys who go into the women's restroom with their mother? Or vice versa - I've seen plenty of little 3 year old girls in a men's restroom with their dads.

Lance isn't a bigot and Houston isn't liberal. You're misinformed if you call either by that name. He's just following the leadership of the wrong people IMO.
