One thing that is a hidden gem out of this is that the stadium discussion is making serious headway.

The next few legislative sessions are key. We need continued BoT reform, and perhaps even legislation that demands that the debt services that UAT can take for athletics, we can at least have some fraction of that. We could build the damn Taj Mahal if we could take loans like they can. We don't need that, and we shouldn't (nor should UAT) but lets kill this double standard for good.

And Watts still has to go.
