RE: Key witness flips testimony?
The peaceful protestors lashed out on two other peaceful protestors. Two people who are in support of Wilson decided to march with the other protestors last night with their signs. The crowd turned on them, and the cops had to extract them from the situation.

so if you dont know their name, **** them.....

Why wait for the truth to come out, when Sharpton has called on the village idiots to make up their minds immediately.

I will tell you this one more time, if Sharpton is involved, just keep your ideas of what happened to yourself for a while. His record is perfect. Sharpton would try to convince us that the officer, after shooting Brown, thought about hunting down Tawana Brawley and shooting her too.

Oh, Jesse called, he still needs you to make him some bank today.

When a witness changes their story, I think they become meaningless to either side. Yes, people will ascribe value to it one way or the other...I think it's worthless.

If its only their testimony, then yea, its worthless.

WHen their modified testimony matches other evidence that the witness wasnt privy to, such as the autopsy, then its an aid in corroborating what happened.

That's such BS. It COULD cause a laceration but then again it might not. I've hit people just like that before with no visible affects on my hand, only their face.

I agree.. But if you say you're peacefully protesting, I would think all people would be allowed to participate.

To Fit's defense, he said because they had the balls to be put on TV, they're more credible than anyone else.

The few fights I've been in since turning 18, my hand never bruised or got cut... I did break it but that's another story.

Lord, please don't let me ever be on trial if this is what constitutes my jury pool.

Amen.

I think there was a struggle for the gun. Yes. I really don't know anyone that doesn't believe that.

No, no, no. You said that MB did in fact beat up the officer. There is a difference between a struggle and an assault. Don't backtrack now!

I never said that. Go back and read exactly what I posted.

I said that IF ( and thats a big if) the crime was premeditated, then his line of thinking would be that he wanted retaliation for getting beat up.

No where did I say that he in fact beat him up.

Maybe I am missing it, but I don't see an "IF". Quote me on it!
