Were you ever concerned about the officer?

How many times was Brown shot in the back again???
I believe Fit kept saying, it appears to him that it was First Degree Murder.
Could Mr. Brown have had something laced in his Mary Jane that might have caused him to act irrationally?

Sure, the police office planned to kill him and took days to set it up
would imagine he is claiming.

Now that Brown's accomplice has told the truth, maybe things can calm down some.

I doubt it. While I believe there are peaceful protestors in Ferguson.. I believe there are those who are there that get enraged at the littlest thing.. All it'll take is for a handful of the peaceful ones to be enraged, and the ones that are there to cause trouble will just add gas to the fire... As far as I know, Johnson flipping has not come to fruition yet.

I saw the post from the station earlier today. Their source has been really good and on the mark.

This witness really has no choice but to come clean under oath. If he had not outright lied, and not been an accessory to a strong arm robbery minutes before, then it wouldnt matter legally that his description of accounts varied from others. But when you lie about a person being shot in the back while surrendering, when there is an autopsy that says that didnt happen, thats problematic. When you are seen on a video tape as an accessory to a strong arm robbery, he's probably looking at 7-10 years for the bogus testimony and accessory convictions. If a person in this situation is granted the ability to have a re-do on their testimony, you better take it.
Angle Mike had his hand on the cops gun, it went off and may have caused an injury to Angle Mike's hand.

And that is the key. People keep calling folks "peaceful protestors". I call them protestors that have played to a script so far. But, if that cop isn't indicted, there will be very few "peaceful protestors".
I Have always said that if the witness are telling the truth, it looks like 1st degree murder. I have not been concerned for the cop because he was unnamed for days. And his injuries not disclosed until now.

BTW the injury is common with a punch known as a "knuckle swipe" or " monkey paw" which is a round house blow to the temple which will easily break bone. That strike would cause a visible laceration on Brown's knuckles.

Do you even know what the elements of a 1st degree murder charge is? Obviously not. Commenting on something else you know squat about.
Premeditated. Which would be. ... This guy just beat me up, if I get a chance, I'm going to shoot him dead.

Case closed, you are an idiot.
Ill help you fit..

Common Law:

Premeditated murder is the crime of wrongfully and intentionally causing the death of another human being (also known as murder) after rationally considering the timing or method of doing so, in order to either increase the likelihood of success, or to evade detection or apprehension. -- Wiki

Missouri: Chapter 565 - Section 565.020

"A person commits the crime of murder in the first degree if he knowingly causes the death of another person after deliberation upon the matter."

You think that the cop really deliberated about this? Even *IF* it went down like you believe it did it's far more likely that the police officer was acting on emotion and adrenalin.
