Sorry Fit, but when someone says something "Looks like..." they've usually made a subjective decision on what they believe.

Again, I'll admit, I'll state what I have an opinion of right now. kid robbed store, Kid/Cop got in a fight (I haven't decided yet if there was a fight over the gun, nor who started it.), kid ran, officer shot

I've yet to make a decision on whether or not Brown had his arms up or shouted "I'm unarmed".

I assume you've been through a concealed carry class. So tell me, are you within your legal rights to shoot someone who has their hands up, is some distance away from you, and is unarmed? That's what every single witness is saying happened. What happens to you if you shoot that person and kill them?

He may have very well said he was unarmed while he was being shot, but according to the cop that is rumored to have been beat up, Brown went for his gun. So TECHNICALLY, he may have said that, but at that point, we don't know if that was before or after the shooting, my guess would be before the shooting. I doubt this guy saw a big black fellow and decided to open fire. I'm sure Fit knows this and just won't admit it.

We all knew this was going to be the case as soon as Sharpton decided to inject himself. His record on these things is impeccable.

The witnesses that's stories go along with his buddy's story, and they came forward days later.. Then there's this other witness that will only talk to the feds..

Then there's the autopsy... Which will show where he was shot and how many times.. Which makes me wonder why a second autopsy was ordered by the family..

The autopsy won't lie, if it proves he was shot in the back with a 9mm at 35 feet, it's pretty clear.. But here's a crazy thought, what if it shows the entry wound was at the top of the shoulder and exited the back..

You all were hoping SO BADLY for a race-related incident to happen... and it turns out the guy robbed a store, resisted arrest, and got shot. And his accomplice in the robbery is the sole eye-witness. Pretty crucial evidence. End of story.

He looks like a bully to me in the stills. You know how Libs hate bullies maybe he won't be pitied as before now. Before I get lambasted I don't think it's an open and shut case. An investigation is needed to find out whether the cop was right in shooting him.

That's why eye witnesses who answer the questions truthfully are needed and those witnesses don't lie to suit the agenda of those protesting. If their testimony is correct then this officer should be himself arrested and tried for whatever law he broke.

Exactly. The physical evidence should be pretty definitive on the distance between the two.
