Huh?

Can't be. He's a nice young man about to start college.

They have released video of someone they suspect to be Mike Brown stealing some cigars.

Maybe it's not him. The timing is interesting however.

Well this was the story from the get-go if I remember right. Brown fit the description, and the cop wanted to question him. A few pops to the face of the cop and let your feet do the rest, no trouble. But it didn't work out as planned.

I feel bad for the kid, but damn, what do you expect when you mess with someone that has a gun... His actions had fatal consequences and he shouldn't have stolen. Had he not, most of us would still not ever have heard of Ferguson, MO.

Stills in this story.

And Fit, this is what's called, investigating instead of damning the person because he gunned down someone.

Now it's up to the evidence to show what happened.

I did no such thing. I simply asked for an investigation from the start. I'm glad it was an open and shut case for you.

My a$$.. You kept saying "Another unarmed black man" or "Zimmerman effect".. It's not open and shut.. There's still the bit of what happened to cause the shooting..

But that's ok old man, keep talking out both sides of your mouth.. You just keep proving how intelligent you really are.. And to think you might be educating today's youth.

Looks Pretty open and Shut Case to Me. Now get the Looters from the Videos and give Them a vacation in the County Jail.

Based only on that information. Yes it LOOKS like 1st degree murder. That's just speculation of course.

You've formed an opinion that coincides with your worldview with incomplete information.

I don't know what the hell happened. (and neither do you).

I want to know why the officer really shot and what the autopsy shows..

What if the officer shot him like his buddy, who is in the pictures with him at the store, said? Was there a reason to shoot the kid? This is the piece of the missing puzzle..

Sorry, Fit, but you were the one that says "1st degree murder".

You were the first one to bring up the "guilty before innocent" meme this time.

What do you believe to be the elements of 1st degree murder and what information indicates that those elements are all present?
