Irrelevant? You don't think that had any influence on the mindset and what the poor child thought was going to go down next?

Keep in mind they are doing an investigation here. Not too concerned with whether the fitbug gets his episode of CSI all wrapped up on his timeframe I would imagine.

Apparently the store owner who the dead kid robbed and grabbed is in fear for his life. He has received death threats.

Daily KOS says store video actually proves Brown paid for the cigars. I guess the video of him at the door was just him offering the owner advice on how to handle shoplifters?

Why do you refer to MB as the victim...,victim of what? Shouldn't he referred to as the deceased??

Victim has a connotation of innocence to a situation. This has not been confirmed, however the details do far show that Officer Wilson and the store clerk were true victims!!

I think he was at the Ferguson Market, it was the QT that burned down that had the Snitches get Stitches painted on the side a week ago.
