I find it more interesting that JD would call the actions of a baker who does not want to make cakes for gay weddings a "bigot" but he hesitates to *strongly* condemn this..

A friend and I went to a minority job fair in Atlanta GA back in the early 1990's. There were a few thousand people in attendance, fewer than 100 white folk. There was no issue with our attending and we never got a questioning look from any participants. But it was not hard to find my friend in the crowd after the event was over.

It's one thing to promote it for an affinity group, it's another to ban anyone not from that group participating.
