These people are just setting themselves back decades.

I don't see jdtulane calling out these hateful bigots.

The last company I worked for decided it needed to sponsor scholarships for gays who were studying science. The first two winners were presumably gay, but neither actually studied science. It's all about the agenda, and nothing about results.

I'm not a fan of any event with exclusivity limited to sexual preference. I think it's counterproductive and prejudiced.

But that clearly doesn't mean it won't occur along with the added benefit of being officially sanctioned.

Vet the next job fair for attendees "straightness". That'd be fine as frog hair also, correct?

If not, why not?

I am wondering if our kids are going to have to pretend to be gay to get a job. Then what happens when they get the job and say, "Oops, I don't think I am gay anymore." Is that a firable offense?

What jobs can you get at an LGBT Job fair? Hair Dresser? Prostitute? Girlfriend?

The worst thing about this is that the slippery slope has been reached and pretty soon the Pedophiliacs and Beastiality fans are going to be running their own job fairs.

Hmm, I gotta think that's going to see a limited response from employers...at least for a few years yet.

Reminds me of the college that wanted to have a "Diversity happy hour", but also wanted to ban "white folks" from coming.

The invitation actually read,

I'm amazed that you can be so calm about it, like they kinda had the best of intentions, but it was somehow taken out of context.

What if Tulane announced a "Straights-only career fair"? It would be a national outrage. Radicalized minorities (whether they be racial, sexual, etc.) persecuting others on the very issues they constantly cry foul on, and the fact that they are a protected class has gotten SO old.

Hopefully they (LBGTUVWXYZ's) all get jobs with "gay companies". Maybe that will take care of some of our diversity training nonsense.

you mean companies like: Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Nike, Facebook, eBay, ATT, JC Penny, Visa, MasterCard, FedEx, and many others?

Sounds like some of the worlds most respected companies to me.
