Any idea when Bloomgren will announce his full coaching staff?

Kinda OT since it's the old staff vs. the new, but Stewart has landed with the Lions.

I suppose each fan must decide when to start holding it against him. Still plenty of movement nationwide in assistant coaching. Any reason why Bloomgren needs to be done sooner than everyone else?

I've heard his staff is complete but they can't announce the changes until Feb. 5th. Patience grasshoppers.

Manvel coach is going to Syracuse. If you can't say something nice about someone, don't say anything at all.

he's from Oklahoma originally I believe; Tulsa tried to hire him about 3 - 4 years ago but Bailiff convinced him to stay.

Driesbach had stints with the Bills and Browns. After Rice. After 6 years of bottom 20 defenses.

Never underestimate the ability for cronyism to trump competency.

Why are we waiting? Would it not help to have a coaching roster solid/known before signing day? Curious

If the staff is complete, I’d guess that recruits for whom it matters, they’ve been told who would be coaches for their position. It does seem odd that we don’t go ahead and announce.

If recruiting isn't getting done because the staff isn't in place to do it, that's one thing; but I really doubt any of the assistants have the kind of name recognition that would influence a recruit's decision, unless the recruit happens to know one of them from a previous job. Correct me if I'm wrong.
