Well, Rick and company need to get rid of the whinies at Alexandria.
Daryl may head back out if he finds out that Glen did not make it back.
Da#*; Maggie's pregnant now too.

They were on top of a smaller dumpster that could be a rolling type.

I don't mind Glen dying, but not that way. Not because of some hack he spared.

Damn what a start to the 2nd half of the season. Now let's get ready for 6 episodes of filler.

In all seriousness though that was probably one of the best episodes of the entire series. Glenn is probably the luckiest character in the history of television.
I've had this entire past season dvr'd since it started and haven't watched an episode - there's too much tv that's higher on my list and not enough time for all of it
This episode is one of the best of the series.
That was a nail biter episode. Not any important casualties too.
I thought Glen was a goner. Daryl has a new toy now. Hope he doesn't die, but maybe written off.
Then he can come back.
Definitely one of the better episodes. Now comes the blah episodes until season finale.

Whole family line wiped out in about 60 seconds though. That was brutal.

The Walking Dead is becoming like South Park where every episode, the fans say "Oh my God, they killed Glenn!". Except he is back for the next episode.
Fluff episodes starting already. Law of averages; I thought that was funny.
And the characters never cease to amaze me.
Last nights episode was a total snooze fest.

It looked like to us that they're starting to get a bit complacent.

I mean, I get it; they can't all be as good as the last week's episode. It's just not possible.

But I wish they would've thrown a bit more into this week's episode. We already know Rick and Daryl really well, we don't need more Rick and Daryl buddy time. Introducing a new character, no matter how interesting, didn't need to take up an entire episode, IMO.

The Rick and Michonne romance stuff? Personally, I'm not interested in the romantic story lines in TWD, so I could take it or leave it.

It made no sense.

They get the van back and jettison the guy on top of the van.

Why stop the van to get out and chase him? WGAS about him. Get the supplies to the group.

Then, of course, the van stops and (?)somehow isn't put into park. Pfft. The old "leg hits the shifter" trick.

After the guy basically kicks the **** out of both of them in a fist fight. Why get back out to get in another fist fight with him? Why not leave him or shoot him?
The jump of a couple of months in time from last week messed up some story lines I thought they would develop. How about how Carl adjusted to losing his eye? No, forget that. Jump two months ahead and he's fine (minus an eye).

They had developed a coupling of Abraham and Sasha, and Abraham had said that Rosalee or whoever his previous partner was wouldn't like it. Nothing on how he told her, reaction. Just a jump ahead of two months after they got back to the camp.

In the last few episodes, Carol and Morgan were about to kill each other over the Wolf. No resolution of that conflict. Just jumped past it.

Why develop stories if you aren't going to follow thru. It's obvious that this cast is way too big and the showrunner doesn't know what to do with all the characters.

And that is the fastest I have seen a van go in the water. It was going about 40 miles an hour, like it was being driven in there in reverse. It didn't slowly sink like it would have in real life.

I'm assuming we're going to explore the Abraham-Sasha stuff as well as the Morgan-Pacifism-Carol stuff. No reason to build those up in the first half of the season and then not cover them in the second half.
Well, Spencer got some closure.

This is a show about the zombie apocalypse and you are talking reality?
OK, is Daryl dead? I guess Negan has Carol too.
Supposed to be a hell of a show next week.
