At least we're starting to get comparable level recruits as UND, SCSU and MinDu. Took a long time coming, but we got there.
Dissapointed that Wyatt Kalynuk switched to commit to Wisconsin
Jacob Badal - 2001 born from Honeybaked U16
When does the 2017 class have to sign their LOI by?

The early signing period was in November. Late signing period begins in April a week after the Frozen Four (April 12 this year).

Thanks. Why doesn't the wmubroncos.com Hockey news show any recruits signed in November? Didn't WMU sign any in the early period?
Another German, Lean Bergmann- Sioux Falls Stampede (USHL)
Brody Stevens, while in the midst of a somewhat mediocre third USHL season, has switched his commitment to MSU.
You folks who are really attuned to hockey recruiting, do you see any top Bronco recruits coming aboard in 2017 who have Tiffels/Iacopelli/Molino/Allison/Conrad skills? I mean folks ready to make noise right out of the gate?
Paul Washe has really good skill but struggles with consistancy and Ethan Frank playing in Lincoln USHL seems to be finding his groove lately 12 points in last 13 games beyond those two not really sure. Most of the recruits we have lost lately are not big losses either other than Henry.
Sups got a pretty good rundown. Kalynuk was a big loss but I think Carson Vance will be good next year. Scooter Brickey will be very good by the time he comes to western. This is the first time in a few years where I'm seeing a deep class of solid USHL players, however, I don't see any Wade Allisons or Iacopellis. I think Frank and Washe have the most potential coming in but you never know, Passolt or Gillespie could also be really good.
Strong recruiting is the life-blood of the top programs. We need to translate our success this season into more program-making talent. Murray stated a couple years back that we need to 'be patient' until we can get those type of players aboard. Well, we've been patient.
Somebody mentioned above the Late Signing period starts the week of April 12. Have the Broncos announced any new recruits this week?

Started April 10th. Typically Coach Murray waits till he has his whole class signed for 2017/18 before you'll see a formal announcement from WMU.

The signing period goes until August 1st, but you'll start see some announcements from the Juniors teams about thier players commitments.

This is also a good reference for you to track commitments:

You can sort by school or starting year, though starting year information is not always accurate.
