More and more I am thinking this season has been one long rope a dope w a couple close calls... we turn it on and score at will... yet NDSU is preparing for a less effective schor, a weak OL, a less powerful run game, we barely throw to our TE, Kirkpatrick suddenly only has 10 plays in the book..... so its about beating our D only?

Nahh... Houston is a dag gone football genius i am starting to think... changing my prediction to 43 - 24

Yeah, I think MH has been sandbagging. I see no reason that this team will not continue its dominance since the 4th quarter of the Weber game. Lights out if it does!

Yeah, kinda like when Coach Klieman threw the South Dakota State game this year. The plan's coming together nicely.

Big difference is we can show weakness while still winning EVERY SINGLE GAME. Pretty dumb strategy to throw a game. Unless he was betting on it...

NDSU will not be able to compete with the resources that JMU is investing in its football program.

In case you are not aware, NDSU offers stipends to all their scholarship players, about $4K for each full scholarship player. JMU does not offer stipends to our football players. The Bison have and will always financially support their football program.

Well, everyone has a price I suppose. Surprised such a small amount can lure anyone to live and play in Fargo.

Yep, lots of "firsts" waiting for them in Frisco. First time in a long time they will encounter a fan base every bit as passionate and present in Frisco; first time they will have been beat back-to-back by the same team, and the first time they will have been beat in Frisco and go home as "first loser."

When the post-game reality starts to sink in (that NDSU has been relegated to no better than #2 in FCS), and that the MVC is an also-ran to the CAA champs is when the real fun begins.

JMU FCS NC Champs back-to-back in 2016 & 17 and number three in program history is just the beginning under MH.

Go Dukes!
Don't think will be as present. Think the stadium unfortunately will be about 60%-65% NDSU..

“Present” doesn’t equate to sheer numbers. Present as in “presence” means the good guys will hear our fans cheering for them. It means the viewers on TV will hear the JMU fans cheering and see them doing their thing in the stands.

More like 70% Bizzun fans. Like It or not, in reality it's basically South Fargo for 4 days. You'll see.

Stadium is only going to hold 19-20k. JMU will have 7-8k. NDSU will have about 12k, about 60%-65%..

Realistically it looks to be about a 58% NDSU vs 42% JMU split (or a 11k vs 8k fans in the stands number) based on 19k capacity. Guesses projecting a 70%-30% split in NDSU’s favor are just silly. NDSU fans are in for a rude awakening.

I’m think with the 1k SRO announced today attendance will be listed closer to 20k. Remember it was 21,836 2 years ago. 60/40 sounds about right..

The issue as I see it, the NDSU fans will be seen a little better on TV simply due to the cameras positioned on our side of the field. It will come across as though we are significantly out numbered.

yeah, probably so - at least until about early in the 3rd quarter when they start to clear out to make the drive back north.

They scored 17 on us last year, in their place - with a better offense than they have now, and against a weaker defense than we have now.

put us on a neutral field in frisco with this defense and I think they will be lucky to put up double digits on us. put our offense on the field against their D missing 2 starting corners, and I think we can all feel pretty good.

I will be all over the Vegas line on this one. Smart money.

I love when NDSU fans talk about us beating them because they had 2 of their key defensive players injured.... I think they forget we had 7 of our players suspended the week before the game including our starting RT, WR, inside backer, etc. plus we lost our starting center during the game.
