RE: I Have a New Challenging Exercise for You.....
Once the B1G is settled, everything else will fall into place.
The ACC
Boston College, Syracuse, Pitt, and Notre Dame
Louisville, Carolina, UVa, and Virginia Tech
Clemson, Georgia Tech, Duke and South Carolina
Florida State, Miami, Wake Forest, and NC State
The SEC
Alabama, Mississippi State, Tennessee, and Kentucky
Auburn, Florida, Georgia, and Vanderbilt
Ole Miss, Arkansas, LSU, and Texas A&M
Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Texas Tech
The PAC
Who cares how it's divided up, but they add Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, and BYU for football only.
I would have the eastern pod contain: Colorado, Kansas, Kansas State, and Iowa State.
TCU and Baylor would join the American in the west which would allow Navy to move to the east where they should be. That would put Baylor and TCU in a division with Memphis, Tulsa, Houston, SMU and Tulane.
The B1G and the PAC can finally resume their scheduling alliance as their combined conferences flow easily from east to west. Maybe some challenge series with some of the old Big 8 schools.
