We have about 18,000 season tickets. We distributed over 6,000 student tickets. Walk-up, visitors, coaches, staff, band, etc... and you get to 30,000.

That said, lots of no-shows. We have 47 people in our group. 18 didn't show last night due to work. There were MAYBE 25,000 there at the high point. It also didn't help that our students now leave at halftime. Although, they might be the smart ones.

I believe my eyes. You provided pictures. Between the 10,000 or so seats that are covered with tarps and the HUGE areas of the upper deck that don't have a single person as well as the club level that looks sparsely populated, there's maybe 40,000 in there. Maybe.

That's a great crowd for g4 but please don't try and tell me that's nearly 50,000 people. If that's 50,000 then we had 39,000 for Memphis.

I agree. Friday nights should be reserved for high schools. We play Tulane this coming Friday, bunch of big high school games that night which will effect our overall attendance. We'll still have a good crowd weather permitting (rain in the forecast), but not near as good as if it were played on Saturday, and all for what, being on CBSSN? WOW, whoopee f'ing nut!
