The storm will stall when it hits a stationary front about 100 miles inland and then will drift back to the south or southeast.

It might make a turn to the east once its back over the Gulf.

Its going to dump rain for 3 days straight.

Houston got slammed by Tropical Storm Allison in 2001. Allison stalled and dumped. But Harvey is a lot bigger.
