There was some question surrounding Nickleberry I believe, but I'm counting them all for now.

Demote a valuable asst coach and fill that spot with his son?
Make numerous coaching errors during the season; to his credit he admitted to them?
Not motivate the team at least to the point they didn't quit on him; 2-8 last 10?
Not promote the program which was in dire need of it?
Ask fan to lower expectations; Memphis only succeeds every so often?
Etc etc etc.
