The comment was about Clay Travis. Misunderstand it fine, but nothing else I have written in my many posts about Verno in this thread have indicated that was a reference to him.

If nothing else, I'm blunt about my opinion in posts around here.

As for Clay, he is a bit of a loudmouth but I think it is short sighted to call him (at the very least insinuate) a racist. Sounds to me like you simply disagree with him and would rather insinuate he is racist than try and read what he writes with an open mind.

His article a while back on the NBA moving the all star game was a really good read. Not sure I agree with all his points but he makes some compelling ones.

I disagree. I think he really believes what he says and writes. Trolls only say what they know will get people fired up even if they do not believe it for a second. He may have me duped though. I only read him occasionally and only heard him on Vernon so I do not have the biggest sample size.

Does the Klan have mixers? I thought a mixer is an event where you invite people who aren't part of your organization or group. I didn't say "Klan Rally" or "Klan Meeting," which I would think as being members only affairs.

Our opinions of Travis may differ, but I stand by my feelings about the guy.

Wondering if he will go a similar route as Clay Travis did when he had a similar issue in Nashville, despite having big ratings.

Travis took some time off for TV, but he ultimately ditched normal airwaves for a daily Podcast/FB Live/Periscope..He quickly grew his listener base (granted he already had a well read website) and pulled in bigger sponsors.

Now he has a 3 hour shoe on Fox in addition to a daily online show.[/quote]

Saying that academics may be the reason that UofM doesn't get in isn't a slam. Hell, we're still trying to enroll a basketball player right now that has missed almost a month of class already.

Saying that the Grizz have a bigger connection to the young people in the city isn't likely untrue either.

David Woloshin's primary focus isn't Tigers football and basketball?

The only thing that might get convo before a Tigers football game or basketball game might be a Grizzlies game. And you do realize the Grizzlies are the home team too.
