I believe Madam Secretary has rung the bell.

When asked if she always tells the truth, Hillary said, I always try to tell the truth. What she left off is that she usually fails after trying. Heck she lies when there is no reason to lie. It's pathological with her.

How can one try to tell the truth. Either one does or doesn't. She is so stupid.

She was even lying about lying.
