If you think the P5 will pull out of the NCAA basketball tourney at anytime in the near future, you've lost your marbles

Oh wait nevermind you lost them the day the ole miss fan stole your girl

Could I just ask a few questions ? First ,if P5 schools refuse to play G5 schools period and only one team per G5 conference gets into the tournament, why would they need to pull out. Sooner or later the talent would just refuse to sign a programs with no shot at a good seed or chance of advancing . They don't need to pull out they already own it all , or do you think North Carolina got to play for the NC because of some missteps by the NCAA.

Why would they refuse to play non P5 schools? There is not a team in the country that would want to play an all P5 schedule. There would be 50 schools wanting to play Boston College and other bad P5 schools.

C'mon be honest ,there are a lot of mediocre P5 teams . The Pac 12 has alot. ASU,WSU,OSU,USC,COL., and Oregon and UCLA are average. How tough are Illinois,NW,Minn,Penn St.,Rutgers,Nebraska,FSU,Clemson,VT,GT. It would not be that hard to do. The most important fact that if you lose to a P5 it would not count against you as much as losing to ODU or WKU even if they were better programs . Think about it.

You are obviously not thinking of what the coaches want-wins; buy games, gaudy records. That would go away for most under this scenario.

You just don't get it. You think Coach Cal wants to play 40 games in a row vs P5 teams? If it was going to happen, it would have happened in CFB already. NO COACH would want to play 13 straight P5 FB games. My last post on this.

There is no P5 in basketball or anything but in football, the only sport (FBS, to be specific) where the NCAA doesn't dictate the terms. Period.

Per Jeff Goodman Tweet

Southern Illinois grad transfer Bola Olaniyan told ESPN he will transfer to Alabama. Good pickup for the Tide.

gonna be interesting

04-rock Not sure how the BlackBears will respond after the NCAA lays a hunnert violations on the program. Will the fan base rally and support the program......or will they just give up if they were to receive the Death Penalty? Really going to be interesting. Wishing the best for the BlackBears. Have a Pink Out on Monday Night to show support for your team.
