RE: AAC Football Recruiting Rankings per 247
Tulsa's current football recruiting class is stacking up to be the best class in the last five or six years. I know that's not saying much. But you have to start somewhere and it is looking good.

RE: AAC Football Recruiting Rankings per 247
Cincinnati has flipped a Miami (FL) commit and will likely take a player who has offers from NC State, Indiana, Pitt and Syracuse. As of right now, K'Von Wallace, who recently received offers from Clemson, Michigan State, and Ohio State, and who has been on officials to all three is still committed to Cincinnati as well. We may come up with a decent to good class for us yet. Still a week left, and we're working on locking up two local high-three star players as well as KJ Sails (4* DB from West Tampa, FL), who has us in his final two along with UNC and was an Iowa commit until December. A bit disappointing considering the decommits, but it's never a bad thing to see some quality talent coming in late ESPECIALLY from the South Florida area.

Sails will be between Cincinnati or UNC. the lure to you guys is his brother playing there.

Who is his brother? There are no Sails on the roster, and that's the first I've heard of any relation to the team.

That list isn't updated. We have 18 commits.

Tulane just picked up a pretty big commitment from WR/CB Tre Jackson. He was previously a South Carolina commit and was down to us and K-State. Also had offers from MS State, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Florida, TCU, West Virginia, and others.

Looks like Memphis will get David Moore. We have 3 QBs in this class now. Wonder how this will work out?

How many snaps do these QBs think they'll take? The same thing happened with UC's class two years ago and now only one is still enrolled.

Ok I am going to help the board out with Memphis QB situation.

The 2 guys who should be battling it out for 1 and 2 are Riley Furgeson and Brady Davis. Moore is going to redshirt. Keon Howard is flipping to USM. Holgorsen and Stewart are backups to Davis and Ferguson. I believe Holgorsen transfers anyway. The depth at QB should be this by next season.

RS Jr. Riley Ferguson
RS Fr. Brady Davis
RS Sr. Jason Stewart
RS Soph. Clay Holgerson( may transfer)
Fr. David Moore

Back in Ara Parseghian days, Notre Dame had over 20 high school QBs on their roster. Most were switched to defensive skill positions or Wide Receiver. It seems Coach Norvell may subscribe to this thought.

Bunch of geeks who never go to HS games.

I can't believe that is an actual career. All 247 analysts do is twitter stalk 18 year olds and call it 'premium' info when they are still wrong half the time

This is the same country where people make a career out of hunting big foot.

UCF started out good but is really struggling this last week. lost 3 guys in the course of 24 hours that most thought were UCF favorites...I don't know how we'll get even close to 20 now
