RE: Per Clark
You can design build. Costs will increase and you might cut the initial phase in half. Not worth it to me.

Lets do this right the first time, get a solid team, solid plan and give coach Clark what he wants and save money for phase II.

I would think a similar, traditional design would be less costly than the design we've seen...

The design they have been flashing around is BS. It goes back to Garrison. It's just something to prop on an easel and talk about.

RE: Per Clark
A post in the Facebook group says UAB will be presenting a $100M bond issue at the Feb BOT meeting which will include the football operations facility, another dorm, and various building expansion/renovation projects. Anyone else heard this? If true, that would be pretty significant.

We'll see after the season is over or he may hold out till next year. If you were him what would be your pros and cons?

Many years ago, I was surprised to find out that USM had a larger enrollment at that time than Ole Miss and Miss State COMBINED. My employer in 1964 was a Miss State grad and liked to say "One can flunk a course at Miss State, pass it at Ole Miss and TEACH it at Southern Miss."

Another PRO: Shorter and faster drive for the Prattville Grandparents to see their little Woodfins whenever they want to and to watch their son coach.
