I'm taking this season off from hoops discussion.....it's too depressing....

I will cheer on any cusa team that has a shot at securing an at-large.....which at this point is akin to thinking I'm dorothy and clicking my heels together will change the scenery..

Not for me.

Tech down to UTA 42-32 at half. I know we have an almost a new team and a new coach, but I thought we'd be better. Still one half to play and UTA is not a bad team, but this is at our house where we are "dangerous". <sigh>

Hoping for a more inspired 2nd half.

It's going to be an extremely depressing year in basketball for CUSA. And I will go ahead and apologize for USMs horrible season.

#8 Oklahoma defeats Memphis at Fedex center. This is the team Tech beat in Norman a couple years ago, but now Buddy Hield and Spangler are Seniors. They are going to via for the Big 12 title with Kansas and Iowa State.

CUSA looks incredibly, incredibly bad so far this year in the first week. Bottom 10 conference kind of bad. We're going to really need 2 or 3 teams to be strong throughout the year in a big way.

We are getting massacred by Jackson State. Unfortunately there's going to be alot of this going on this year.
