We've got some mutual family friends and unfortunately this situation never sounded good from the beginning. There is always hope but sadly things didn't work in prayers favor. Sad day for many and reminder to everyone how short life is and how things can change in the blink of an eye.

He was by far our most "high energy" coach, even Coach Sykes was mild by comparison. You could always find him on the sidelines. He was none stop. You could tell he was going to eventually get a head coaching job. This is just terrible all around.
