Well, that didn't take long, did it?

It sounds like Mayer Electric's Tuscaloosa Football Season tickets just went under review too.

I have spoken to a number of legislators myself, as have the many members of our lobbying team, and we are happy with their responses thus far. And we are certainly not done. More importantly, Kris Findley and Jack Williams believe we can win in Montgomery - that is good enough for me.

Ok. Then. You must have missed the part where I said it is a process that must be attempted.

If football comes back, it won't be because of Montgomery.
Talk's cheap. How about this, if we win in Montgomery you agree to never post again on this board under any board name. If we don't win in Montgomery I will agree never post again on this board under any board name. I am sure there are some on the board who would consider such a bet to be a "win-win" situation. Deal? It's put up or shut up time.

That seems a bit drastic, to say the least. There's no winning in that. Why lose those great statistic threads or the threads about our efforts in making the university better?

Being real, I don't think it's a good idea to be turning people away from the forums.

You're right, sorry - just get fed up sometimes with negativity. I was trying to stay above the fray with my posts, but I allowed myself to be suckered in - my bad!

I had to figure out how the ignore list works, but mission now accomplished.
