Gotta run, here come the PC police!
Can honestly say I never expected to come to this site and read a top and bottom reference. Good show.
Followed by an Oar House reference too
This is true. For a second I was about bedazzle me sig line, but then I realized where I was. Close call for sure.

I think that zone at the start of the game was a result of starting Ross, Ebondo and Arledge all at the same time for senior night. I couldn't imagine one of them chasing one of the WKU guards.
Having said that, I thought it was a tremendous CLASS act on Jeff Jones' part for starting those three on senior night. It made for an unusual lineup, and he did it despite the potential meaning of the game (i.e. conference seed, at large bubble, etc...). A lot of coaches' including some of our past coaches' wouldn't have done it. As tough as he seems to be on them during the course of the game (and I am sure in practice too), he really does seem to care and appreciate those players.

In a league where real pure hatred rivalries are rare, I humbly ask you to consider this Saturday's game versus Western Kentucky to be a game that fuels a true and lasting animosity towards our former Sunbelt conference mates.
We all know the importance of this game for our tourney chances, but I would like to remind everyone how the first game in Bowling Green unfolded:
1. We had just received our first Top 25 ranking.
2. We lost to this team
3. This douchenozzle was acting like an overstimulated arse-monkey on the sidelines, making the most of his 15 minutes of fame vs the first decent team to play in his arena in years.
Does anyone forget the 2nd half play where this idiot was clearly 5 feet on the floor, screaming in the ear of Mosley as he was putting up an important 3-pt attempt? With no call? Acting like he had received his first boner in a decade when the moment was just right. Screw this loser.
I want this man to hate Norfolk. I want this man to think ODU fans are rude, hostile, and uncivilized. I want this man to be crying to his deadbeat dad that we treated him poorly during his visit to our fair town. Can I rally some venom toward Ray Harper, that sweaty, overly emotive, and possibly inbred coach from Western Kentucky? Embrace the hate. Fant can't! Price has lice! Docks shoots rocks, and Coach Ray needs to go away.
Screw you WKU!!!!
Just wanted to show this ahole's face again. My son and I were in row 2 section 115 heckling the guy all game. Not a shoe get get on court without him hearing it.

Smitty, just curious. You said 2nd half play he in the ear of Mosley on an important trey. We shoot at our own end in the 2nd half so u are saying he was in Jeff Jones' spot?

This was in Bowling Green. I believe it was the 2nd half.

I may have missed one, but I thought we always started the seniors on Senior Night.

Not that it is a rule, but starting all of your seniors on "Senior Night" is customary across all of college basketball. Whether it is a walk-on bench player or your star, they get to start.
Coaches don't HAVE to do it, so I am not taking away anything from JJ, but it isn't exactly like he put a ton of thought into the move. It normally goes without saying.

Doesn't matter where it is played. You shoot towards the other team's basket in the first half and yours in the 2nd half. So it was likely a first half shot. But that is immaterial. He was way out on the floor and shoukd have been T'd up.

I have no doubt that you are correct. I have been saying it was 2nd half, but must have been in the first. I believe R8R saw it too, as he also mentioned it in a recent WKU-ODU game article. I cannot find any video, but would love to make a gif of it for future antagonism of the WKU fan base.

I saw it too and I think it was the first half right in the middle of their run that put them them ahead.
