We held the #1 scoring team in the AAC to 54 points. I will take us playing hard nose defense over running a halfcourt set every time down the court.
We certainly look much better than we did the first few games. At least we look to be able to be respectable; which looked almost impossible at one time.
FWIW, CalallenStang's a reasonable guy even though those responses didn't seem reasonable.
SMU and Temple certainly looked good today. There is just a huge disparity in the talent in this conference. Some of those teams that played early today really struggled.
Please indicate which of my responses didn't seem reasonable...I simply made an observation about Memphis looking unorganized when they were in the half-court which was the same that we saw from Houston last year.
Relax friend, it's not a big deal. You've got my respect as one of the real reasonable folks around here. I merely didn't "see" disorganization, but perhaps I didn't "see" it because we had actually been many times more disorganized just a handful of games away.

Perhaps so...I haven't watched Memphis much this year to be honest!
Thanks for being the true reasonable poster here, and have a happy new year!

You barely beat UConn in OT with their best player on the bench. Temple is among the top 4 but I wouldn't claim the crown just yet
This is a Villanova fan. Just want to make sure that is clear.
leapinggazelle is a huge Villanova douche. UConns Natty last year put the AAC in his crosshairs.
