Great win. I was pulling for MT in this one.
We still don't have C Cheyenne Parker (some say our best player) until the Ole Miss game on Sunday. We play Arkansas this Thursday at home.

Four Lady Monarchs recorded double digits in Old Dominion’s 65-58 victory over cross-town rival William & Mary on Monday night at the Ted. ODU improves to 2-0
The Lady Monarchs next game is at home vs No. 7th ranked Duke on Thursday 11/20.

I was secretly cheering for you guys to lose so we could get some revenge in the Consolation Bracket.
Good win for your ladies though. Beat Albany and you'll be in the finals, where you'll get a very, very good Mississippi State team I think. Good luck.

The conference could easily have two ranked teams throughout much of the season if MT and W. Ky take care of business in OOC play. There is no reason C-USA can't become the premier G5 conference in women's basketball.

Congrats Toppers !
Gonna be tough to win at Diddle this year.
With MT's win last night, Rick Insell (according to GoBlueRaiders.com) is 115-4 at home since taking over in 2006.

Actually that was a typo - it's 115-14, but still very impressive.
Over Insell's tenure we have only lost at home those 14 times, 4 of which came to top ten teams (#1 Maryland in 2006, #4 UTK in 2009, #4 UTK in 2013, and #7 UK in 2013). Only three conference home losses (UALR, FIU, and Troy) and never to WKU. During the same stretch we have beaten #8 LSU in 2007, Alabama and Indiana in 2008, Kentucky in 2009, and many others at home (including Miami already this year).

I agree. I do not want to offend anyone by not mentioning their team, but MT, WKU, ODU and La Tech have a great history in WBB and there is no reason that they can not continue to be successful.
