You're an idiot.

Mofo only posts about Huff. From this I can conclude that it's either Jordan Huff himself, or one of his family members.

Its actually a good point though, what will this mean for current players on the team (worried especially about Root, because if I was him I might be thinking of bailing on this thing) and recruits. They see a situation completely botched and mismanaged, would you want to be apart of that?
oh my god.

Its a reasonable question isn't it, in the NFL don't you think QBs want to play for coaches that know how to handle QBs?

If a kid is gonna transfer because he's behind two of the better backs in the conference who are seniors that's an impatient kid that is being selfish.

As for the game, I'm not saying CMU is the team that beat Purdue and Ohio or the team that lost to Syracuse and Kansas. btw all those teams suck. They are somewhere in between.

Talent all over the field NIU is better, but I'd consider last game a funk not arkansas they are good.

Lean towards NIU because they're good enough against the run and I don't think a WR alone can beat NIU.

I'm not complaining because Rawls is on the team and NIU faces him, but does anyone else think that was a light punishment? All teams differ in punishment and NIU can certainly have given light punishments but I felt Rawls punishment was a tad small.

Anyway good luck to CMU

It is not a good point. All of the RBs in front of Huff are doing pretty well. Everyone on the team can't get the ball every play. The QB situation is annoying, but that won't cause a non-QB to transfer. The Huskies are 4-1. How is that completely botched and mismanaged? Do they need to get better? Yes, but so does every other team.

My only fear with Carey is the whole adaptability concept. You can of course forgive mistakes, every coach makes mistakes. But to continue down a path that is faultering and not being able to adjust to that, there is no excuse for that and a failure of leadership. I am done ranting about this as its obviously pointless.

Look around the country, NIU isn't the only team with a QB issue. And they certainly aren't the only team with a winning record with a QB issue either.

It's not a debacle in Dekalb.

You are correct...Can't find the article now but Iowa and another BIG team have similar situations.

Well the Education at NIU works......So everyone that has an opinion about any dealing with the team has to have a motive. I've commented on the coaching, play calling, how our linebackesr are not athletic enough, the team can not duplicate the last two years of success. WE ARE DIFFERENT, WE NEED DIFFERENT PLAYERS WITH A DIFFERENT SKILL SET. WE HAVE SEVERAL ON THE SIDELINE, AND WE WANT LET TALENT EXECUTE, AND FLOURISH ON THE FIELD OF PLAY. THe next Athlete I will highlight that can contribute now...wil be BeBe!!!!

To our CMU counterparts, what are CMU's other receivers besides Davis like? Any big play potential out of them, or is this a situation where NIU can double Davis and have success?

Nope.

Was Huff listed the primary KR last week along with Deucee?

Don't know, but like I've said on here before, you usually see the changes on the field during the season before you notice them on the 2 deeps.

For example, Beebe isn't listed at WR this week.

I would assume they send out huff and ducee to return together or Saffold and Logan together.

Except Id prefer the only returns Logan do are of the interception variety.

Beebe will play this week, they need the depth.

Scout team awards each week. How much stock do you put in them? It seems like a couple of guys are doing well.

That's where we missed Davis, no need to help with him out. He has 320 yards receiving in 3 games, #2 is Kroll with 289 yards in 6 games, then Rice with 174 in 6. Kroll is the TD leader though, he's 6-3 and a good possession receiver. Not explosive but can get up over DBs. Davis and Kroll are like our Antonio Brown and Bryan Anderson, just not that level (especially AB). With a strong running game and healthy Davis they can be dangerous. Lose Rawls or Davis and we become very limited.

Hopefully you don't have a good pass catching TE or else we screwed.

BGSU when they play in Detroit.
