It wasn't a shot at you. And my picking 4 was just a random number--the total was less than 12, and there are drops every game. So even if only 4 of them were caught, his numbers look closer to his normal numbers.
His yards are going to be down because he has so many new receivers--they will run different, less intricate routes as they learn. He doesn't "know" them all yet.

Pretty sure HM isn't up there charting the game, while he's working twitter among other things. He's great but go with your own gut/eye over someone else's opinion.
Anyways TH is like 98 percent for the year if you subtract the weather, O-line, receivers drops, poor fan and media response, great individual play by the defense, questionable play calling, sneaky defensive schemes and faulty PA system.

In his Monday morning segment with Radford BW stated there were 12 dropped balls on Sat.

Is it possible that, other than the INT, TH didn't throw a single bad ball or throw away? I don't recall seeing any in the 1st half.

NC State is a bottom dweller in the ACC. Period. They were winless in the ACC last year and have one of the youngest squads in the nation.
Not sure how you would argue that beating two startup FBS squads (ODU and GSU) and pounding a 2-10 USF team from a year ago (who lost to McNeese State by 32 at home) would be enough to change anything in terms of their relevance in the ACC standings. NC State has one of the worst OOC schedules for any BCS team. They play Presbyterian at home this week.

He threw at least a few away. I distinctly remember two in the second half to the sideline on consecutive plays. I also thought the deep pass down the middle was behind and a little short which was why the receiver went down. I see some referencing it as a missed opportunity by the receiver but I think he did a great job just catching it. But I'm on the camp that the weather had a significant effect so I'm not too worried.

RE: Game 3: Eastern Michigan
At the press conference today, Bobby Wilder stated there were 8 dropped passes. With the interception and the two throw-aways that I remember, that would sound about right with the two other incompletions being off-target. One of those was the overthrow into the endzone after scrambling to the right on fourth down. If the receivers had just caught 4 of the 8 drops, that would have given TH 21 of 30 for his normal 70% completion rate and something between 250 and 300 yards.
I was greatly concerned about his ability to grip the ball after the first couple of efforts, but that got fixed fairly quickly. Wilder reported that there was one particular ball that was giving him a problem, and they took it out of the mix. As someone else said earlier, I am not worried about Taylor Heinicke. The passing game is due to explode, and I would really like to see 200 yards rushing and 350+ yards passing this weekend.

I didn't take it as a shot, and didn't mean to come across as though I did. I'm in the stands and not charting plays. Everyone has a different criteria for what is dropped pass -- sometimes coaches deem them too hard to catch. Harry's 12, Radford's 13 are Wilder's 8. Any way you slice it, too many even in the rain

Radford said he counted over 10 right after the game.

So your defense is what happened last year? How is that relevant to this year?
