Yeah, the field looked like it was mowed with a bulldozer.

Ive never seen a sod over concrete pitch that ever looked great without weeks of work. This is why the USA is looked at like a minor league soccer country... national exposure and we put out the worst looking pitch ive seen in years. if it was Much worse and I would have pulled my team and refused to play.

Porto is screwed on the return leg. Bayern just needs to win 2-0 or 3-1 which isn't impossible for them.

I hardly say being UP 2 goals on Aggregate is "screwed" but I see your point. They just need to play the same way Monaco did against Arsenal.

Didn't Mexico at first threaten to not play due to the condition of the pitch? I kind of agree with Mexico, the pitch looked awful.

They will be playing away from home and BM has an away goal. I just don't see how this won't end badly for Porto.

But still, you understand where I'm coming from, right? They have two goals in hand against a team that they JUST beat 3-1 (albeit in one of the most difficult venues to play at in Europe in The Dragon). The pressure isn't on Porto in this situation.

Problem is Munich was missing half their team and they play like gods at home.

Hell no, I've got no horse in the race haha. Nice try though 04-cheers. If Celtic ever find themselves in the EPL, I'll make bets galore.

Thing with Porto, is if they score one goal, Bayern has to hit 3 to get to extra time.

Bayern can do that easy, but I'd much rather head into munich up 2 goals than down 2 goals...

CFC 1-0 over ManU, now 10 points clear of Arsenal. We play Arsenal next week, needing 9 points to safely lock up the Title.

Balotelli called for offsides when he wasn't even close to offside. Denied the equalizer. What a joke.

Add in another player (Tom Carroll?) and/or cash and I would be alright with that.

I liked Carroll somewhat at Swansea, but he would be no different at Everton than he is here, squad filler. As it is, he's out for the season with an injury, don't know if Roberto would take a chance off a player coming back from a major injury.

That's worst case scenario and still something we need as we continue to ship off the older players. Mirallas, Alcaraz, and Distin are all likely gone this summer and Coleman may follow them.

It'll be interesting to see if Rodgers survives the summer. No trophies in 3 years now and no top 4 after spending 100m, I'd imagine he is done, especially with Klopp available.
