If the Gunners can find a goal here and holds Chelsea I still don't see how anyone catches up unless Chelsea loses to Liverpool and chokes against a lower half team.

3 PM - UEL (FS1, FS2, FS+)

Fridays
2:30 PM - Bundesliga (Likely FS1 unless NASCAR has early qualifying)

Saturdays
9:30 AM - Bundesliga (FS1 with extra games likely on FS2 and FS+)
12:30 PM - Bundesliga (Likely a mix of FS1 and Fox*)

Sundays
9:30 AM - Bundesliga (FS1)
11:30 PM - Bundesliga (FS1 maybe FS2 if NASCAR coverage overlaps)
7 PM - MLS (FS1)
Sometimes 9 PM - MLS (FS1)

FA Cup: Various (Though I think this package should be with the EPL rights moving forward or let NBCSN win it.)

*I looked at the CFB schedule last year and Fox rarely had back to back afternoon games. So we're looking at either no Noon CFB broadcasts (an hour pregame show would fill the void nicely till 3:30), Bundesliga matches on Fox (no early games ever shown at all on Fox), or something moving to FS2 (I would hazard football so they can leverage customers to demand FS2 to be added to their carrier).

I totally forgot that Fox got the Bundesliga back. THANK GOD!

Bournemouth which almost ceased to exist 8 years ago is going to be promoted to the EPL. Wonder if they will be allowed to play in their 12k seater stadium.

There was no competition. Back then, if you were a soccer fan, you took what you got and you liked it

Big matchup today, BVB v Bayern Munich in the DFB-Pokal halbfinale. BVB has managed to turn the season around, 3 points back from 5th place Schalke and a Europa League spot next year. Beating Bayern would just be an added bonus.

it was one German dude where English wasn't his native language, I thought he was actually quite good. Now GolTV used these hispanics when they got the rights and they were awful, awful, awful.

RE: OT: The NEW Official Soccer Thread
Good news, Richard Dunne thinks we can take 6 points from our next 2 games. Our next 2 games are @City and @liverpool. 03-puke

And on the other hand, Joey Barton (captain our captain) just publicly stated that we are the worst team in the EPL. It's no wonder we can't get this team to play together on the field.

I've said since the beginning of the season that realistically we need to spend a few seasons in the championship because our entire structure is p!ss poor. Here is just a sample of our recent dealings:

-Julio Cesar was on 110K a week in wages, no wonder he was content sitting on our bench for a year before he moved on.

-Shaun Wright-Phillips is on 60K a week in wages. Featured once all season despite no injuries.

-had a clause in Jermaine Jenas contract (4 year when signed 3 years ago) that if he was injured we had to continue paying his wages until fit enough to get back on the field with any club.

-Brought Rio Ferdinand in this year on 40K a week. You could probably talk me out of retirement as well with that kind of money.

But yet silly me, I still kept hope going in to the game this past weekend. We had an out-of-form West Ham at home with 3 points there for the taking that would push us out of the bottom 3. So naturally, our starting XI features 4 centerbacks, 3 defensive midfielders, and slow (Charlie Austin) and Slower (Bobby Zamora) up top. We deserve our fate. Worst part is, it would be a total QPR move to some how knock off City this weekend and give us all hope just to rip our hearts out again in the end.
