Funny how quick people are to call others knuckleheads without knowing any of the facts.
Quit being a knucklehead.... By the way, what is this thread about?
It's about these guys:

Kedron is a BEAST of a PG. He sat out last year and nobody really knows why. I believe it was his decision though. I think it was a situation like, "you can either take a year off or get dismissed." From what I remember, he will be eligible. Nice kid from a great family.
But this entire thread is speculation, so I won't get my hopes up!

Most of the public info about Kedren has come from the Vandy side of things rather than from the Memphis side of things.

If he was told to take a year off, or get dismissed, how is that his decision?
According to the Vandy boards, he was suspended by the university for a year, not by the basketball team, and it had nothing to do with basketball.
Sorta like Dom and his situation now.
The plan was for Kedren to sit out a year, and then return, again like Dom. But for whatever reason, Kedren apparently changed his mind and recently started looking elsewhere.

it's like Chris Rock said...a man is only as faithful as his options.
he started looking elsewhere when his elsewhere options included starters minutes on a team with a 5*/McDonalds All-American front court!

I'm pretty sure we both said the same thing in different ways. I think his decision was between sitting out at Vandy for a year or transfer and lose a year.

Yeah, he got caught cheating.
A football player just left Vandy and he was from Memphis.

Yeah, he got caught cheating.
Nope, not cheating.
"The university did not offer the reason for his dismissal, but it is not related to academics, cheating, a criminal matter or the dismissal of the four football players amid a sex-crimes investigation, sources close to Johnson said.

RE: Vanderbilt Thank You - Timing Is Everything
Assuming Johnson comes to Memphis, I think we significantly have upgraded the roster with the transfers in vs transfers out. They now have an experienced PG that will allow Pookie, Magee and Markell to ease into the college game. Plus it would allow JP to have a big starting lineup if he wants:
6'4 Johnson
6'7 Burrell
6'7 King
6'8 Nichols
6'9 Shaq
a rotation consisting of Pookie, Crawford, Hawkins, Iverson and Godfrey isn't bad.

Ok, I thought it was a plagiarism type deal. He's suppose to be a good dude.
