To be a racist you must:
1. Be a white guy
2. Own an NBA team
It's so simple anyone could understand it.
Where did I call him a racist?
Anyone? Bueller...Bueller...Bueller...

So the moral of the story is you can be a racist and get away with it if the company you work for has rules allowing it.
Yes...see rush limbaugh
Can you think of any black or liberal racists? Any at all?

RE: Poor Donald Sterling
Why do we keep bringing up the Barkley thing? It was 19 years ago and was meant to be a joke, taken as a joke by most who heard it. He still got backlash.
The major difference between then and now is that social outrage couldn't get past the watercooler at work. Now everyone's opinion is heard, measured, and reacted upon--for better or worse.

OMG you can't be serious.
Well in that case: I think Sterling was joking.
the reason it can't get passed the water cooler even today is that the black community enjoys the double standard and white liberals think the white race deserves it, and they control the media.
Keep taking that attitude bucko....the pot is simmering.

Funny thing about double standards is the fact that people complain about those that go against them and remain silent about those in their favour. I guess neither of us are different in that regard.

No one condones what Sterling said. However, you aren't going to get much sympathy when black celebrities say it right out in the open while the left applauds them.
It's the epitome of hypocrisy.

In a way I agree with you, but all one needs to do is look at Barkley and Paula Deen and the double standard is glaring.

I agree that it is. My point is that you immediately went into "blacks enjoying a double standard" when you never mention things that go in your favor.
That's also a good example of hypocrisy.

To this day I hate what happened to Paula. She brought the Neelys to television, not by "giving" them things like Sterling, but by getting her producer to invest in them.

She used a word that every living person over the age of 10 has used. So what? To be offended by the word you have to know it and it's meaning and that's not taught in school. If a Chinese person came here from China and I called him a Chink he wouldn't be offended until someone told him to be.
But in all honesty, I'm not bothered by what Deen said, or what Barkley said, or what any anti-white racist says because their words won't change my life one bit. But I do like to take shots at the left's double standard.

Which is probably never. Neither of us are in the public eye, have lost millions over a comment or have a pulpit to make any sort of a difference.
The fact remains that the black community and the white left has crucified one person will celebrating the other. One comment was made in private. One comment was made on national television without consequence.
This incident is not exclusive. It happens all the time and people are fed up.
If its any consolation to you, I have much more of problem with white liberals than I do the black community.
